A: No. A ticket can be entered only one (1) time.

A: When you submit an entry, a record of it appears at the bottom of your Enter Now page. If the entry is recorded there, you can be assured that it is in the system.

A: Yes, you may dispose of tickets after verifying that your entry has been submitted.

A: Your $100 Plus Entry check is valid for ninety (90) days. Winners with expired checks must reach out to support@txprivateisland.com or 404-790-6394 to request a replacement check. As recipient and holder of a $100 check prize, the winner assumes all responsibility for any and all fees and penalties incurred related to multiple cashing attempts by the Winner or someone at their direction.

A: Your odds of winning will vary based on the total number of entries that are received for a drawing, the total number of entries that you have submitted, and the number of prizes being awarded

A: If you are the winner of a $1,000,000 Private Island Escape trip prize, the Texas Lottery will send you a letter and claim form to the address you provided in your Luck Zone account. Atlas Experiences will contact the winner within ten (10) business days after the claim is approved by the Texas Lottery.

A: You have the option not to claim the trip prize you have won. In that case the prize will be awarded to an alternate entry. Once you submit a Promotional 2nd Chance Claim Form and it is approved, the prize is considered to be claimed, and may not be changed or refused after that point, and tax responsibility will be borne by the prize winner.

A: Trip Prize details are subject to change. Alternate $1,000,000 Private Island Escape prize options or locations would be provided to winners if such circumstances are presented.

A: Cash prizes up to $599 may be claimed at any Texas Lottery retailer. Cash prizes of $600 and above may be claimed at any Texas Lottery claim center around the state of Texas. To claim prizes by mail, please complete back of ticket, sign and mail your winning ticket and completed claim form to: Texas Lottery, PO Box 16600, Austin, TX 78761-6600. The risk of sending a ticket by mail remains with the player. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation is not responsible for tickets lost in the mail. Claim forms are available here.

A: The Texas Lottery will report a winner of a lottery prize to the IRS once the prize has been claimed, as required under federal law. For U.S. citizens, the federal government requires lottery winnings be reported to the IRS for tax purposes if an individual wins $600 or more and if the winnings are at least 300 times the amount of the per board wager, or the winnings are subject to federal income tax withholding (winnings greater than $5,000).

The tax withholding rate is 24% for winnings, less the wager, that are greater than $5,000. Prize withholdings are calculated on the total amount of gross proceeds (the amount of winnings minus the amount wagered).
